I’ve been watching the central heat and air temperature panel at my home and have noticed the actual temperature has been exceeding the set temperature by several degrees. One of my coworkers at FECS told me that when it is too hot, it is just too hard for the AC unit to keep it cool enough. So lately my thoughts have meandered to finding solutions to the summer heat. As a civil engineering firm, FECS is always ready with solutions to help clients with energy saving techniques. I found the following article out of California, where it is hotter than Tennessee this time of year, and thought it may help some of you out there who are looking to cool down and be energy savvy as well.
